Emily O'Brien is the creative powerhouse responsible for everything Swell. Em loves nothing more than creating authentic, engaging, scroll-stopping imagery that speaks to the soul. As both a stylist and photographer, she has worked with a wide range of businesses over the last decade to both style and capture content – specialising in product, interior, lifestyle and branding photoshoots.

Swell Studios was formed as a one-stop-shop for all the creative offerings Em provides – including photography, videography, styling, social content, motion graphics, set builds, prop sourcing, location and talent scouting, interior design, and everything in between.

With a drill in one hand, florals in the other and a generous sprinkle of creative flair – Em will stop at nothing to get the shot. She’s an energetic soul with a hands-on attitude, an eye for detail and a passionate love of the photoshoot chaos.

Originally from South Australia, Em now lives in the Gold Coast and works between the two states. She’s always open to travel opportunities throughout the rest of Australia and the world.
